Channel Fisheries

We are one of the UK’s leading coastal suppliers of quality fresh fish and seafood. Based in the beautiful fishing port of Brixham and established in 1981 we now supply many of Britain’s foremost chefs and caterers.

Our customer base includes Michelin starred restaurants, major London hotels and dining clubs, independent hotel chains, food halls, private homes and food led pubs.

We source all of our local fish daily from the day boat fleets at Brixham, Plymouth and Looe, with speciality products sourced from Scotland, Brittany and Rungis market in Paris.

We pride ourselves on only buying the very highest quality fish and seafood and our dedicated and highly skilled team offer a full preparation service.

High Weald Dairy

We are a family run dairy, based on our organic dairy farm in Horsted Keynes, West Sussex.

Our cheese makers craft a delicious range of award winning cheeses from organic cows milk, conventional and organic sheep milk and most recently goat milk.

The organic cow milk comes from the cows based on our farm. The sheep milk is supplied by several sheep milking units, the largest milking over 700 ewes twice every day, and our goat milk comes from Kent.

The cheese is all made in our modern dairy, just 20 metres away from where the cows are milked – food yards …not miles! And we only use pasteurised milk to make our cheese.

Our cheese is suitable for vegetarians as we only use vegetable rennet. We do not use artificial ingredients or processes. We are also certified by the Soil Association and are members of the Specialist cheese association and A Taste of Sussex.

Bill Weir Fruits

Formed in 1988, Bill Weir Fruits has a track record stretching back some forty years, during which time careful development and steady expansion have resulted in the company being the South Coast’s leading supplier of fruit, vegetables, salad and a whole host of exotics, fresh herbs and prepared produce.

A modern fleet of vehicles make deliveries six days a week to a customer base which includes hotels, restaurants, pubs, schools, residential care homes, and zoos.
